General Rules

1. No previously written resolutions will be taken into account.
2. No electronic devices will be allowed (cell phones being used is a reason for warning).
3. No eating or drinking during sessions.
4. Follow parliamentary procedure at all time.
5. Disrespect toward any member of the committee, including chair, pages, and other delegates, will be a reason for a warning to the delegate who commits the offense.
6. Warnings will be assigned by the chair at their discretion, if they feel that a delegate is disrupting the committee, has insulted another delegate, has ignored previous warnings, etc. Warnings may be discussed in a respectful manner with the chair of the committee during a break.
7. A delegate who receives three warnings will be asked to leave the committee for the remains of the session. If after this, the delegate fails to keep order and receives another warning, he or she will be asked to leave the simulation for the day. A delegate, who receives a total of five warnings, will be expelled for the rest of the simulation.
8. Warnings will not be erased form the chair's records.
9. A delegate may not leave the committee room except for a reason the chair considers is valid and necessary.

Participate in all sessions.
Have a share outstanding performance throughout the event.
Participate in the resolution.
Have broad and clear understanding of the country and take the true position that the country has.
Persuade other delegates to solve the problem.
Have an outstanding performance throughout the simulation.
